Our services
Cargo Handling
General freight, perishables, and dangerous goods through the bonded warehouse at KWI. The cargo desk handles airline manifest reconciliation, customs clearance coordination, and ULD build-up to airline specifications. Documentation maps to IATA AHM and DG regulations — audit trail available on request.
Aircraft Catering
Hot and cold uplift coordinated with the operator’s galley specification, dietary requirements, and route length. Loading is dispatched against your scheduled time of departure, not against the catering truck’s queue position. Halal, kosher, and special-meal lines sourced through approved Kuwait kitchens.
Landing Permits
Overflight and landing permit coordination with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation Kuwait. The permits desk files the application, tracks the approval, and confirms the slot before the aircraft leaves origin. Charter, ferry, and ad-hoc cargo flights handled on the same workflow as scheduled operators.
Ground Support
Pushback, marshalling, ground power, air-start, lavatory and water service, baggage handling, and towing. The GSE inventory covers narrow-body, wide-body, and freighter aircraft up to B747 and AN-124 class. Ramp staff are IATA AHM trained and procedures map to ICAO Annex 14.
In-Flight Services
Cabin cleaning, lavatory servicing, water uplift, blanket and headset restocking, and waste removal between sectors. Turn-time is measured in minutes; cabin teams board the moment the airbridge connects and clear before the boarding gate opens. Special requests quoted on the same call as the standard line.
Crew Arrangements
Hotel bookings, ground transport, visa coordination, and meet-and-assist for inbound and outbound crew at KWI. The crew desk holds standing rates with vetted Kuwait City hotels for layover and night-stop stays. Transfers dispatched against actual block-in time — airport delays do not strand crew at the kerb.
